Commercial Heating and Cooling System Upgrade

Completed and operational since 2019, has provided a stable heating and cooling service for 5 years. During the chilly winter months, a floor radiation heating system ensures warmth, while in the summer months, a cassette-type four-side outlet fan coil system offers cooling relief.

At the heart of the system, there are 8 units of 22kW Tongyi ultra-low temperature air to water heat pumps, to maintain optimal indoor temperatures and deliver outstanding performance. Their presence not only guarantees suitable indoor temperatures but also enhances operational efficiency. This project is a testimony of how thoughtful design and robust equipment can create a comfortable and conducive environment for the growth and development of young children learners.

Ultra Energy-efficient Operation:

The system operates with remarkable energy efficiency, achieving a coefficient of performance (COP) of 4.4 when heating water from 15°C to 55°C. The electricity consumption for producing one ton of hot water is 10.6 kWh. Compared to traditional open-loop heat pump hot water systems, the annual operating costs can be reduced by up to 40%.

Low Energy Consumption:

The pressurized hot water module maintains water outlet pressure equivalent to municipal water supply pressure, eliminating the need for additional boosting pumps. This reduces system energy consumption, ensures a balance between hot and cold water pressures at the end, and facilitates easier temperature adjustments.

Stable Water Temperature:

Whether in the process of using hot water or heating cold water, the system handles cold and hot water separately, maintaining a constant supply water temperature at the set value.

Easy Installation and Flexible Site Selection:

The system allows for flexible site selection, with water tanks capable of being connected in series without being limited by the site. This enhances the ease of installation and the effectiveness of usage.

Modular Combination:

The system supports modular combinations, where a subsystem failure does not impact subsequent water tank hot water storage. It operates efficiently in winter with slow frost accumulation, and main unit defrosting does not affect the supply water outlet temperature, ensuring constant water temperature.
